Miso Pork Cabbage Roll
Ingredients
200g thinly sliced pork
4 leaves cabbage
salt and pepper
1TBS cornstarch
1TBS sake
1TBS sake
1/2TBS  sugar
1TBS miso
spice
1/3tsp ground garlic
1tsp sesame oil
Notes
Put the cabbage in a bowl with a little water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.
Roll the cabbage into a long roll.
Lay out the pork and roll the cabbage into it.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cornstarch.
Place in a pan with oil. Cook the sides to brown.
Then add one TBS of sake and cover the pan to cook completely – about 8 minutes.
Mix the sauce and heat and cover all sides.
Slice and serve.
